By city: filings in 10 major cities

Stem cell clinics in Japan are concentrated in a handful of cities. The table below shows how many institutions have filed with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare in each, and how many of their websites we have reviewed. All figures come from the official register.

The score measures website disclosure only. It does not measure treatment outcomes, physician skill or patient satisfaction. A low score means we could read little from the website, not that the institution is poor.
